Pizza Hut

I definitely don't get Pizza Hut when I'm looking for the best pizza ever. I get it when I need affordable pizza (usually larger amounts of it), in a timely fashion, either by pick up or delivery. This said, the E Arapahoe Road location in Centennial is by far the best I've used. Primarily because the staff there is really l, genuinely cordial. Are they overly nice, vivacious customer service personalities? No. They are always busy, always look mildly/severely short staffed, and yet they are always authentically polite and try to do right by their patrons. Their delivery is as prompt as possible, even in snowy Colorado weather, and their drivers are genuinely friendly (not that over the top friendly).

The food is not being properly managed at this location. The (hand-tossed) dough had minimal pitch. 50% of each slice was approximately 2mm, and 25% was 4mm. The dough was tempered for too long, hence had no pitch and lacked in overall flavor. At Pizza Hut, generally the general managers relies on the topping to makeup for the dough management, but the toppings in this case couldn't do the job, as the beef had been left outside of proper conditions and was hard and darkened. The amount of sauce was a little light, but if the food was made according to when a driver was too be able to deliver it, the item would not have sat in the warmer so long as to essentially "rot" my food. The cheese dispersement was similar to the sauce, light, and the cheese also suffered in the holding oven. The only good that I can say is that the topping dispersement overall was okay. Nothing was piled on top of other toppings and there was good coverage on the pizza as a whole. The dough quality was terrible. I should Not be biting into grease-soaked "sheets" of dough when I ordered 3 topping of meat, regular dough, regular sauce, regular cheese. Between the food sitting in the warmer for an hour (which the proper amount of cheese and/or sauce would have saved in this case), bad product (beef) being used instead of thrown in the trash after being out to long, and horrible dough which also should have been thrown in the trash after being proofed too long (and it is a proofing issue, not wrong size dough, not just stretch wrong, I know the difference in all of these), this was a very disappointing experience. The driver was fine. Good even. The pizza maker did okay even except allowing the beef to be used. The management as a whole at this location needs to get there act together. The pizza I received 1½hrs after ordering never should've left the building in a box.

I absolutely love this Pizza Hut! My food is always delicious, hot and ready and made to perfection! The people that work here are very polite, kind and helpful. I really am so pleased with this Pizza Hut! Thank you for your excellent service and delicious award winning food! We are so grateful for you!!

My order was on the road for 40 minutes, I live half a mile from the store. Rodney, the manager was completely unsympathetic. The food was cold and stale upon arrival.
